What happens after I reserve?

Your reservation fee — one month's rent at the term you select, so ฿39,500 on 12 months, ฿41,500 on 6 months — is held by Stripe. The operator reaches out within 24 hours over WhatsApp or email to schedule the viewing and lease signing. At signing, the reservation fee counts toward your first month's rent. A separate security deposit of two months' rent (฿79,000 on 12 months, ฿83,000 on 6 months) is paid at signing and refunded at check-out. If either party doesn't proceed within 7 days, the reservation fee is refunded less a 10% processing fee. (The security deposit is separate and refunded in full at check-out, subject to condition.)

Yes — shorter terms carry a higher monthly rate: ฿39,500/month on 12 months, ฿41,500/month on 6 months. Pick the term in the panel above and the price, the reservation fee, and the deposit all move with it.

Can I view the unit before reserving?

Of course — message us on WhatsApp and we'll get you in to see the unit before any money changes hands. Some renters prefer to reserve immediately to lock the unit; either path is fine.
